If you hate a ZRP feature you can turn it off. If you miss a pure vanilla "feature", you likely can restore it. You can undo some exploit fixes, or even bring back some bugs. You can configure inventory sizes for less scrolling. See Bugs In STALKER to see just how much the official patches don't fix. You don't want to backtrack through previous saves to find a good one because of game corruption or the permanent radiation bug.
